1. When I will receive the Php Catalog script??
After payment , you will receive in approximately 5 minutes a download link to your email address .
In case that you don’t receive the download link from us, please contact us and we will send the download link immediately.

2. Can I use the Php catalog script  if I don’t have any web design or web development knowledge?
Sure you can. You don’t need any knowledge of web design or web programming. The installation is a piece of cake and the administration panel is made as simple as possible where you can manage the entire content of your website with just a few mouse clicks .

3. How do I install the Php Catalog script?
After downloading the catalog script, please read the installation manual included in the archive.
You will need an ftp transfer software like filezilla to move the catalog script files from your computer to your hosting server. After copying the files to your server , you will need to add some writing permissions (chmod) to some folders and files, and you are done. You can now login to the admin panel and add content to your new website.

4. Do you offer installation service ?
Yes, an it's free of charge for all our customers. After payment, please complete the installation form, and the catalog will be installed in about 5-10 hours.

5. Do you offer hosting ?
No, we do not any hosting services, but you can check our hosting partner. 

6. I already have a website, can I switch to the Php Catalog script?
Of course, and it’s very easy. You can install the script to a temporary folder on your domain, like www.domain.com/new/ , here you can work on your new website and copying the content from your old website to the new website. After your new website is done, just delete the old website files and copy the files from your new website to your main folder on the hosting server, and you are done.

7. How easy is to customize the Php Catalog script ?
Very easy. The template system is based entirely on .css so it's very easy to modify anything like fonts, colors, position , and so on. Also the images for each template are stored separately .You will also receive a .pdf customization guide to help you make quick changes like removing the prices , remove product id, and other modifications.
