If you face a bug that our support team fails to correct, you can request refund within 30 days of purchase.

Before requesting the refund you must contact our support team with details of problem and all info needed to correct the problem.

If you fail to do that, refund request will not be entertained.

Refund request is entertained only once our support team fails to correct the problem.


REQUESTING REFUND:
Please provide following information along with the reason of refund request:

A. Information about the purchase :

1. Your Paypal account email address or Email address used for making payment
2. Date of purchase of the Php Catalog script
4. Domain for which your script is licensed

B. Information about the problem:

1. Detailed information about the problem you are facing. This includes the error message you are getting. Or any particular event (or change) that caused the problem.
2. Reference url where error comes along with the username / password etc required to see the problem
3. Ftp access information so that we can check the catalog script files and confirm that installation has been carried out properly.

CASES IN WHICH WE PROVIDE REFUND:
• When you get an error, and if we are not able to correct the error even after you provided all the information requested to access and correct the error. Please note that, in this case refund is only given if you provide detailed information about your error, requested by our support staff, such as reference url, ftp access, to see the error.

• If you accidentally bought the catalog script for same domain more than once.

• A stated feature of the script fails to perform in spite of your server fulfilling the requirements for that.


WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE REFUND REQUEST IN FOLLOWING CASES:
• When a user demands a refund immediately after buying the php catalog script.

• When a user informs us about changing his decision to buy the php catalog, saying he has uninstalled it and is not going to use it (with or without giving any reason). This is because we offer full demos on our web site.

• If you experience server incompatibility issues. Please note that for all features of a script to work, your server must support the following:

• If the customer requests a refund due to the absence of features which we never claimed to provide and which are not listed on our website.

• When a user demands a refund, after the above declared time (30 days).
